Here, we’d like to provide you some information that will save you from any possible problems during your journey to IOE.

The exam form is available online @ https://entrance.ioe.edu.np/ in the period of last to Ashad to Mid Shrawan.
The earlier you fill the form, the more choices you have for the date and shift of exam.
The exam form charges you Nrs. 2000/-
Passport-size color-photographs, Citizenship certificate, grade-sheets of 11th & SEE are required for the exam form.
The online form is self-explanatory. It is not recommended to pay to some cyber for the form. Instead, you can contact us for the help.
After filling the form, your Admit Card will be published within few days in https://entrance.ioe.edu.np/. Download it and color-print it.
On the day of your exam do not forget to bring:
Any one of :citizenship certificate, passport, driving license card, grade 12th Admit card
Scientific calculator (non-programmable). Allowed calculators include: Casio 991EX Classwiz, Casio 991ES, Casio 911W.
Stationery (Since only one A4 paper is provided for scratch work, it is suggested you take pencil and eraser with you)
The exam is a Computer Based Test (CBT) of duration 2 hrs.
It is conducted in the ICT building of Pulchowk Campus. (You may also visit the location prior to you exam date)
The result will be published withing 3 to 6 days after the last exam date.
Get your score card from the site: https://entrance.ioe.edu.np/ and color-print it.
Now, you’ll get to choose the branch/subject (i.e. civil, computer). The procedure is

For admission, you are required submit your notarized documents: citizenship certificate’s photocopy, transcript/ grade sheets of 11&12, character certificates from school and +2 college.
